Hello Shirley. I found you through Jocelyn's writing group. I'm a big fan of balance and I love that you have written about it here in such detail. I also love that you said balancing is a process, not a result. It's so easy to think of it as the prize, but it's really the path.

Also, it's so amazing and inspirational that you are writing about these subjects and exploring spirituality still at 90. I can only hope I'll stay aware enough to still be able to do any of this by the time I'm 70.
