Here in Latvia, I can say that skinny jeans are still in, especially for the guys. Just walking around the mall I've noticed other guys from teens up to around 30ish wearing some of the tightest, circulation cutting pants I've seen on anyone. They almost all have designer holes around the knees too. Not really my thing, but it's interesting to see how styles evolve around here compared to what I'm used to in the U.S.

I don't know about the rest of Europe, but that seems to be the thing here for the moment.
