Hey Matt, I'm glad you found what works for you. I do a mobility routine in the morning with lots of stretching too, and it's amazing how it's been saving my lower back over the last year.
You said it best though that only you know what's best for you. It just takes some experimenting to find what resonates. Adding in some flavor of mindfulness never hurts either.
Thanks too for the shout-out and your kind words in the beginning of the post! I really appreciate that and I'm glad I was able to be a small part of what inspired you to make your mornings work better for you.
