Hey Rick, thanks for reading the article. Perhaps saying "for good" was a mistake. I'll consider editing it. But the reason I put it there is because when I started my practice in observing my depression about a decade ago, it took about 7 or 8yrs, but then that "inner demon" or "voice" of my depression stopped coming around. This made me think it's gone for good, but perhaps that is just hopeful thinking mixed with a healthy dose of naivety haha
So I wrote that article with my depression in mind, but when I think about it, a lot of other issues I have to keep aware of don't really silence completely or for long periods of time. So I'll probably edit that subtitle.
