I appreciate what you saying here. I recently uprooted my life from the U.S and replanted myself in Europe. I left behind my IT career and have started writing to see where that takes me.

It has been a difficult transition though with me holding onto old labels of myself. It guess it's a process to let go, move on and adapt/embrace something new.
