I think about this a lot. The nightmare to me is that it doesn't need to be this way. If understanding and compassion can just get a foothold, things have a chance at evolving into something better. But the fact that things don't need to be this way, yet are, sends my mind into a tailspin sometimes.

Beautiful piece though. I loved the rhythm of it as I was led down the page.
