I tried this diet for a few weeks several years ago. It didn't take long to stop my cravings for anything else. I did it because I was bloated all the time from whatever I was eating. It worked, I stopped bloating and I actually ended up feeling better overall and my energy felt high yet balanced.
I had a blood test scheduled towards the end of my experiment and I had virtually no inflammation according to the test. Also, my testosterone was quite high and healthy, where normally I'm on the low/normal side of things. I don't remember why I stopped the diet, but your article has me reconsidering it.
