I'm glad to hear being mindful of your emotions is helping them pass with more ease.

You know, it's easy to stand in the way of emotions and get trampled by them. It's not always so easy to step to the side and let them pass. But with so many ways to practice being mindful, it all translates to a healthier emotional state within.
