I'm still a fan of Stephen Mitchell's translation. But I could be biased due to that being my introduction to the text.

I really enjoyed this piece though, and the line "Those who work too hard to be heroes court becoming villains." Wow, that hit pretty hard. I think recognizing our nature, accepting it, and then flowing with it while it grows and evolves is a difficult thing to do, especially when it's in opposition to our ideals.
