It certainly is hard. But when I think about my identity, it's just an idea I adopted to make sense of myself, and an idea is imaginary, therefore, what I think I am is an illusion. This messes with my mind sometimes, but when I do feel the truth in that, I don't want to live in a projection anymore.

This is tough though, and like you, and probably the rest of us, I'll be spending lifetimes figuring it out haha
