I've found that my feelings of lack stem from the identity I've assumed. The person I believe is "me" and is separate from others is always craving for more of everything.
With mindfulness practice I learned to see this mental projection of self for what it is and realized that behind the curtain (where my ego's on stage performing) is the real me.
I'm not separate or lacking. I'm connected and enough, as we all are.
Your article remind me how important it is to remember this, because it's easy to forget.
