Okay, I feel like the train of this story snuck onto a different track, and I hardly noticed, or is it my head? Hmm

Johnny's not dead (maybe), but can float around and feel this open wound in his chest. He was taken to the hospital, and coincidentally not found to be a part of the robbery due to perfect circumstances playing out in his favor, which has me leaning towards this all being in his head while he's still laying there in the hospital, unconscious, dying from a gunshot wound because he DID get shot!

AAHH, the mystery has got me haha I'll be chasing my tail on this one.
