That's a great way to look at spiritual communication. I hadn't thought of it like that. I have the "what if they aren't friendly" fears popping up often just because of bad experiences when I was little.

But I like your outlook on this and it makes a lot of sense to me. I'll have to try and adjust the way I interact with these entities.
