Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm happy to hear you experienced the same things as me when mixing compassion with listening. The person speaking really can benefit from it. I remember being in therapy and the most groundbreaking sessions for me where when my therapist didn't really say anything at all. I was just able to let it all out, look at it, and find the insight I needed.
It's amazing too what happens when we use this on ourselves in meditation or any kind of self-reflection. Overall, it's a big time force for healing.
