The Famously Overlooked and Simple Way to Recenter Yourself

Feeling centered is great. It’s this calm, yet ready for action kind of vibe. It’s the energy of being fully engaged in life while unbothered by it. Put simply, it’s a state of inner peace.

But sometimes we fall.

Feeling off center is a normal part of life. This happens when we get in our head and become too stressed or anxious. But this isn’t the main issue. The real problem is if we stay uncentered for too long or don’t know how to get back to it.

Fortunately, reestablishing your center is easier than it seems and it can be done anywhere at anytime. But you might ask, if it’s so easy, why isn’t everyone walking around feeling centered all the time? The answer is simple. Hardly anyone does it.

The reason for this is that the trick for re-centering is so simple that it’s often overlooked. It’s discarded in favor of something more sophisticated or whatever the new trendy self-help tool is this week.
