The zoomies are a real thing! My family had a golden doodle that was more doodle than golden, and she'd for no reason lose her mind and do flips off the couch, run and switchback as hard as possible on the carpet, and then lay on her side and paddle her self around the room by kicking her legs as hard as they can go.

Then, suddenly, all done. Like nothing happened.
