This captures it all for me. It's so true.

I used to write in my notebook just because I felt pulled to do so. No reason, no posting, no sharing, just writing to write and see what I can explore. It was great and the highlight of my days. It's still the best place for my creativity.

But as soon as I start writing for metric-based reasons, I can't. I get in my head and it all stops.

I appreciate you sharing this one. I reminds me to let go and just write as a way of exploring, instead of using it as a means to an end all the time.

Thanks for this, LC.
