This is a great article!! So many valid points that it could be expanded into a book.

That last point too about setting clear boundaries, yeah I'm still working on that one. It's difficult because putting up boundaries where there were none before can make others a bit defensive and confused. I'm working on creating a soft boundary and building it up over time. But yeah, that's a new area for me in some aspects of my life.
