This is so tough to do, but I admire your bravery on the path. I've had to stop many times to take a break or catch my breath while going down this road. It's just not easy all the time.

Interesting too how being unconditionally kind and trusting might translate to today's world. I'm not sure exactly how it does for me, but that's something to reflect on for a bit, which I greatly appreciate.
