We are all nutcases on a breathing spaceship trying to figure stuff out. Nothing makes sense. Everything is crazy.

But I don't think it's too crazy to view this path as a way to have a peaceful state of mind. I don't think that's selfish to serve yourself first in this case.

In fact, I think it's better that we bring peace to ourselves first. Otherwise we can't show up in the best way for others. But that's just my opinion among millions of others haha
